Quality – excellence is our standard
Quality means having the right organizational structure, clear guidelines, effective procedures, well-defined processes, and the necessary resources to successfully implement our quality management in daily operations. It is a continuous process that we constantly optimize.

Health – Because people come first
Health means developing jointly organized measures and procedures to identify workplace hazards and protect ourselves from harmful situations and substances. The health of our employees is our top priority, and we proactively promote well-being through workplace safety programs and continuous training.

Safety – our top priority
Safety is our highest priority. It means training our personnel in accident prevention, emergency response, risk management, and the proper use of protective equipment. By equipping our teams with the best safety gear and up-to-date knowledge, we create a safe working environment in all our operations.

Environmental protection – sustainability in every action
Environmental protection means developing systematic approaches to comply with environmental regulations. This includes waste and air emissions management, sustainable resource use, and initiatives to reduce our carbon footprint across all our locations. We continuously improve our environmental impact to support a greener future.
Certified safety – Our ISO standards
RTS Wind is certified according to the international standards ISO 45001 (occupational health and safety management) and ISO 9001 (quality management). These certificates confirm our commitment to the highest safety and quality standards in the wind energy industry.
Our RTS Wind Bees – A Commitment to Sustainability
For three years, two beehives have been part of our headquarters in Bremen, enriching the local biodiversity and producing around 25 kilograms of honey annually. We package this honey in jars and share it with our employees, customers, and network partners.
Our bee project symbolizes the many small and large steps we take daily to operate in an environmentally friendly way and continuously improve our sustainability efforts.
