Logisitics Administrator (m/f/d)

We, the RTS Wind Group, are the all-round service providers in the wind energy industry. We are part of large on- and offshore projects across Europe. We help where we are needed: in the construction, maintenance and quality monitoring of systems and rotor blades.

For a project in Rotterdam we are looking for a

Logisitics Administrator (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Support the Operations Manager with daily planning and create and maintain good track records of site activities
• Maintain and optimize the inventory of all the tools, spares and PPE at the site.
• Preparation of site activities such as material packaging and verifying execution readiness with the team
• Coordination and organization of Site visits
• Handling all materials in ERP system
• Tracking the tools from central warehouse
• Assisting in office administrative document management including weekly permits, daily tool talks, and regular visitor inductions.
• Ordering direct parts/tools and indirect consumables to meet the requirements of the site

Your qualifications:

• Very good knowledge of MS Office tools
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to document, plan and execute tasks as well as creating excel sheets for tracking and reporting
• Fluent English language skills, Dutch preferrable
• Willing to work throughout a German employment contract
• Team player, a structured and exact working method
• Forklift operator with required certification – Veiligheidstraining Vorkheftruck (mandatory)
• 40h per week, working from Monday – Friday
