We are looking for:

International HR_Specialist (m/f/d)

Location: Porto, Portugal (predominantly home office)

Your field of activity:

• Recruitment of suitable employees
• Conducting of interviews as well as the administrative hiring of employees
• Creating candidate profiles for our customers
• Scheduling of employee assignments
• Control, documentation and recording of staff assignments
• Planning and follow-up of training, instruction and occupational health examinations
• You are the interface between RTS and the customer
• International correspondence with costumers, stakeholders and employees

Your qualification:

• Completed training as a personnel dispatcher (or comparable)
• You have already gained a few years of experience in personnel administration
• You are strong in working independently
• Enthusiastic for renewable energies
• You are a strong and communicative person and are not afraid to speak English
